Cooking Class - Colorful Vegan Mediterranean Dishes

What You’ll Do

Enjoy a collection of Mediterranean vegan dishes unlike any other.

In this cooking class, you'll prepare a feast of flavors and colors satisfying for vegans and omnivores alike. Each dish is packed with fragrant spices and rich vitamins to nourish your mind and body.

First, you'll mix up savory potato pancakes with vegan cheese, and create fresh falafels with sweet peas and leeks sided by homemade pita bread and a cucumber salad topped tzatziki sauce. For the entrée, Chef Monica will teach you to how to prepare a chickpea omelet brimming with vegetables, and vegan chocolate ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The experience with Chef Monica was incredible. She was friendly, a great host, very knowledgeable chef and very informative. She made it very easy for me to learn as she gave step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow. I learned how to cook several tasty dishes. I would highly recommend her.
