In this hands-on Father's Day cooking class with Chef Kelly, learn how to make a full menu of classic steakhouse dishes with the gourmet twist of a professional chef.

Begin by loading a wedge of iceberg lettuce with bacon, blue cheese and more to create a flavorful wedge salad. Then, load baked potatoes with classic toppings and bake them twice for perfect fluffy texture. For his favorite main course, learn how to pan-sear ribeye steak to perfection and serve it with red wine sauce. Dessert is a decadent and airy chocolate mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
