WHAT YOU’LL DO

Make Dad's big day a memorable treat with a backyard party he won't forget.
If Dad is a steak lover, this hands-on cooking class celebrating all things wagyu is a perfect way to show him how much you care! Together, you'll cook a menu curated by Chef Harold that shows off the versatility of this world-class cut in a global course he's sure to love.

Begin with egg drop soup, featuring shiitake mushrooms and scallions, before preparing a wagyu sushi sandwich and yakisoba with savory sauces and fresh vegetables. For dessert, handcraft an ube rice cake served with chocolate ganache.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Egg Drop Soup
With scallions, shiitake mushrooms, salt and pepper
Wagyu Hand Roll
With sushi rice, seaweed, tamago, avocado and kewpie mayonnaise
Wagyu Sushi Sandwich
With lettuce, butter, kewpie mayonnaise, sushi rice and potato starch
Wagyu and Seafood Yakisoba Noodles
With vegetables, scallops, squid, fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce
Ube Rice Cake and Chocolate Ganache
With purple yams, sweet rice, coconut milk, sugar and cream
