If Dad is a steak lover, this hands-on cooking class celebrating all things wagyu is a perfect way to show him how much you care! Together, you'll cook a menu curated by Chef Harold that shows off the versatility of this world-class cut in a global course he's sure to love.

Begin with egg drop soup, featuring shiitake mushrooms and scallions, before preparing a wagyu sushi sandwich and yakisoba with savory sauces and fresh vegetables. For dessert, handcraft an ube rice cake served with chocolate ganache.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Harold made this experience fun (and delicious) for both participants with his infectious personality and skill in the kitchen! He was willing to modify the menu to fit our tastes to the point of practically making separate dishes for one of the courses. This was actually my second class with Chef Harold, and this was as good if not better than the last. Highly recommended.
