In this interactive cooking class, you'll learn how to make several authentic Indian dishes from scratch with the guidance of professional Chef Tracy.

Begin by blending chickpeas and tahini into creamy hummus to enjoy with naan bread you'll make with only a few ingredients. Then, prepare perfectly spiced chicken tikka masala served with basmati rice and fresh cilantro. Complete the meal by creating a hearty cauliflower dish called achari gobi to round out your Indian feast.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She's worked as both a culinary and pastry chef, which helped her launch a health food dessert company in 2008. She's taught hands-on cooking and nutrition courses for conferences and major companies, including two large grocery store brands. Chef Tracy has also written books and articles that share her recipes and nutrition knowledge.
