Your wine-infused lesson begins with a round of scallops, pan-fried in a champagne and butter sauce featuring heavy cream and fresh herbs. You'll also prepare a gourmet rice and peas dish flavored with chardonnay and pecorino. And for dessert, you'll create a chocolate cake using port wine, topped with a luxurious crГЁme anglaise.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time and can’t wait to book with Chef Charles again. Charles’s approach was very informative. We learned a lot about how to sear meat and cook on high heat; for example holding the pan at an angle away from you as you place the meat. Chef Charles made everything so easy and the food was the best. He is also a very interesting person and loved his stories as a chef. Can’t wait to work together again!
