Spend an evening in the southern Mediterranean with a sumptuous menu drenched in summer sun!

The flavors of an Italian summer spring to life in this in-person cooking class with Chef Charles. You'll taste a savory blend of Mediterranean and Moroccan influences in every dish.

Begin your lesson with a summer squash salad topped with toasted almonds and a tangy vinaigrette. Then, prepare braised chicken thighs with onions and peppers served over creamy mascarpone polenta. For dessert, create a honey-yogurt panna cotta with macerated summer fruit. It's a naturally sweet ending to a meal featuring the very best of southern Italian cuisine.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The whole evening with Chef Charles was lots of fun. Even though we are all experienced and adventurous home cooks we learned some great techniques and had a great time chatting and cooking with Charles. Oh, and the food was good too!
