Chef Charlie shares the magic of preparing fine French cuisine in this elegant in-person cooking class. You'll discover proven methods used by world-class chefs to achieve sensational flavor in every dish.

Your lesson begins with a classic French onion soup served with crostini and topped with melted Gruyere. Then, bake a baguette from scratch and prepare a succulent coq au vin flavored with wine, brandy and fresh herbs. For dessert, whip up a fabulous tarte tatin to rival the sweet creations found in the finest Parisian pastry cases.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great time with Chef Charlie. She was informative and easy to follow. I had never made french onion soup and it was so easy and good! We loved the experience and would definitely do it again.

Great class! My mom loved it. The food was amazing. Charlie was great with so many helpful tips during the meal. Also with other general cooking methods and tricks for different meals. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn new ideas and recipes.
