In this hands-on cooking class, join Chef Danielle for an innovative, plant-focused meal. The chef will guide you as you practice a variety of cooking techniques, from roasting and seasoning to lightly finishing with white wine.

Begin by making a tangy roasted tomato soup with crisp garlic toast, followed by savory artichokes and mushrooms in a white wine sauce. Next, prepare hearty blackened sweet potatoes and farro inspired by the flavors of New Orleans. Finish the meal with a rich, dairy-free panna cotta with tart raspberries and creamy caramel.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Talented, skilled personal chef, who knows her way around a kitchen. We had such a great time learning to make pizza dough, zeppole and caprese salad! My 12 year old thinks this is the best pizza he has ever had. Chef Danielle is sweet, funny and provides an amazing personalized experience. We highly recommend her and will have another class with her soon!
