The magic of marzipan comes to life in this delightfully sweet cooking class. With Chef Sima's guidance, you'll turn fresh marzipan into fanciful confections that taste as good as they look.

Begin creating marzipan dough from almonds, sugar and water. Then, prepare marzipan pralines using dark, milk and other chocolates and roll marzipan truffles enrobed in tempered chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder. And for a whimsical twist, model marzipan potatoes and braid a traditional marzipan challah. Enjoy your creations with a cup of homemade hot chocolate.

I attended one of Sima's chocolate workshops last month and was very impressed. Sima has a great personality that really showed during her workshop. I highly recommend attending one of her chocolate workshops! You will not be disappointed!
