Start by cooking up squash soup infused with curry and roasting scallops. Then, prepare skirt steak and shrimp sautГ©ed in butter and topped with fresh herbs and sided by garlicky broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes. End your culinary adventure with a satisfying dessert, strawberries served with fresh cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Gabriel is great! He is truly passionate about his cooking and we love that he has lots of variety with his menus. He shared a lot of helpful tips and techniques with us and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend booking Chef Gabriel as a private chef and also taking his classes if you are in the NYC area!
