Learn to make the flavorful dishes that Chef Kamilah grew up enjoying in Jamaica.
In this personable, hands-on cooking class, Chef Kamilah will teach you how to make simple yet delicious Jamaican dishes she grew up eating. As a professional chef, she's added her own twist to each recipe, but they remain infused with authentic flavors and cooking techniques.
First, learn to make spicy jerk turkey and jalapeño patties, followed by stirring together savory stewed pork to serve with rice and beans. Then, prepare a delicious and sweet bread pudding for dessert. As you cook, sip on Chef Kamilah's special blend mocktail!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
