Cooking Class - Sophisticated Spanish Small Plates

What You'll Do

Learn to create classic Spanish tapas with elegant flair and Latin flavor.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Danielle will teach you how to make the same classic Spanish tapas served by posadas and bodegas to hungry travelers in 19th-century Spain.

Kick off the class with a dish of fresh olives coated in thyme and orange-infused oil. Then, indulge in the authentic and regional tastes of deviled dates made with bacon and almonds. Next, prepare a spiced Atlantic tuna fillet with capers to stuff into roasted piquillo peppers. For a sweet finish, craft a delightfully rich citrus olive oil cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Talented, skilled personal chef, who knows her way around a kitchen. We had such a great time learning to make pizza dough, zeppole and caprese salad! My 12 year old thinks this is the best pizza he has ever had. Chef Danielle is sweet, funny and provides an amazing personalized experience. We highly recommend her and will have another class with her soon!
