We had so much fun! Chef Erin was funny and made fancy restaurant food approachable for us to make at home. We made olive tapenade crostinis, individual salmon Wellington with mushrooms, wild rice, asparagus, and we were supposed to make rum infused chocolate chip cookies other oven had an issue so she made us a chocolate mousse from scratch while we ate and sent the cookie dough home with us so we can still enjoy them. I highly recommend this experience. We learned a lot and laughed and enjoyed every minute!

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and the atmosphere was made even more special by another couple celebrating their anniversary, which added such a sweet, joyful vibe to the evening. Amazing food, good wine, great company, and a truly memorable night. Highly recommend!
