What You’ll Do

Join Chef Julian in this Asian fusion workshop for a sensory showcase of stimulating flavors.

In this interactive cooking class, guests will learn to balance Asian-inspired flavors in a variety of dishes. Chef Julian will share foundational skills, such as proper knife techniques for preparing vegetables and proteins, and how to perfectly cook rice and craft authentic sauces.

Begin by whipping up a batch of mother sauce, a richly flavorful, soy sauce-based dressing. Then, cook your rice and transform it into a savory vegetable fried rice before dousing it in the tangy and delicious mother sauce. To follow are perfectly crispy Chinese spring rolls, and finally, fresh Thai lettuce wraps with a flight of dipping sauces.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
