Prepare an impressive three-course vegan meal with Chef Theotis.

This hands-on cooking class with Chef Theo is perfect for vegans, vegetarians or anyone interested in learning how to prepare healthy, flavorful meals. Even skeptics of plant-based diets will be impressed with the complex flavor of this meatless meal.

First, you'll prepare homemade pesto using sun-dried tomatoes that you’ll slather across vegan bread for a bruschetta starter. Next, make an Oaxaca-inspired bowl filled with fresh vegetables, black beans, homemade cabbage slaw and candied nuts, and for dessert, a vegan version of a classic cheesecake with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had such a great time with Chef Theo! He was very communicative throughout the entire process leading up to the night and provided such a great experience. He makes such good food look so simple and was really engaging throughout the night. He even showed how to present food well. The personal experience he brings really makes a difference, and we learned so much from him. Couldn't have asked for a better time.
