Take a trip to the French Quarter with this hands-on cooking class centered around a New Orleans feast. You'll learn about the evolution of cuisine in this region and the differences between Cajun and Creole fare.
Chef Linda will teach you how to create several N'Awlins classics, including a BBQ shrimp starter, jambalaya with chicken and sausage, and a Creole-style slaw. A true Big Easy meal isn't complete without something sweet, so you'll learn how to make sinfully delicious pecan pralines — enough to take home, too! Laissez les bons temps rouler!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
