What You’ll Do

This fun and flavorful brunch is savory, creative and full of surprises in every course.

In this interactive cooking class with Chef Jerry, you'll learn how to prepare three brunch dishes that go far beyond standard French toast and eggs. From salmon to candied oranges, there's a flavor for every palate on this menu.

To begin, Chef Jerry will teach you how to prepare salmon crudo with fresh goat cheese and a creamy spinach flan. Next, you'll learn how to caramelize onions and roast peaches to top your pork loin medallion sliders. Finally, create a creamsicle-inspired dessert: Candied oranges with a cream drizzle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My friends and I had an amazing experience cooking with Chef Jerry. He took the time to teach us new cooking skills and made the evening very fun. We all agreed that we would definitely do another class with Chef Jerry in the future.

We had a great time, and enjoyed the experience immensely. He taught us several different cooking techniques and ways to enhance our preexisting culinary ideas. I would definitely recommend his class and his knowledge. We will be looking forward to taking a class in the future.
