In this interactive cooking class with Chef Jerry, you'll learn how to prepare three brunch dishes that go far beyond standard French toast and eggs. From salmon to candied oranges, there's a flavor for every palate on this menu.

To begin, Chef Jerry will teach you how to prepare salmon crudo with fresh goat cheese and a creamy spinach flan. Next, you'll learn how to caramelize onions and roast peaches to top your pork loin medallion sliders. Finally, create a creamsicle-inspired dessert: Candied oranges with a cream drizzle.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My dad gave this experience to my mom for Christmas. My mom loves to cook, my dad - not so much. They called the next day raving about the night. They could not say enough about Chef Jerry! He was engaging and fun. He taught my parents so much and put my dad's nerves at ease. They tried food they had never had before and they are looking forward to cooking the meal again with all the tricks Chef Jerry provided.
