Contemporary French fare is elegant, unique and technically precise. You'll learn how to create fine French dishes completely from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jerry.

Begin by crafting a shrimp and corn dish smothered in creamy veloutГ© sauce. For the main course, Chef Jerry will teach you how to expertly prepare beef tournedos flanked with Swiss chard, mushrooms and a red wine sauce. Finally, class ends with a passion fruit flan, which you'll serve with cream and fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My friends and I had an amazing experience cooking with Chef Jerry. He took the time to teach us new cooking skills and made the evening very fun. We all agreed that we would definitely do another class with Chef Jerry in the future.

We had a great time, and enjoyed the experience immensely. He taught us several different cooking techniques and ways to enhance our preexisting culinary ideas. I would definitely recommend his class and his knowledge. We will be looking forward to taking a class in the future.

Chef Jerry and his sous chef have amazing personalities and skill, however, the meat served was so tough that I could not cut it.... poor choice. Please take me off of your email list.
