Cooking Class - A Modern Take on Japanese Cuisine

What You’ll Do

Learn how to create classic Japanese recipes with simple modern twists.

Chef Rocky has four traditional Japanese dishes to teach you, each with a modern twist, from appetizer to dessert. Throughout this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn smart cooking techniques and use high-quality ingredients.

First, you'll prepare edamame served three ways and handcraft green tea salmon-filled rice balls. Using customary ingredients, such as pork chashu and enoki mushrooms, Chef Rocky will teach you how to brew the perfect shoyu ramen, then make a sweet sorbet from condensed milk and lychee fruit for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rocky was so impressive! His talents and skills exceeded our highest expectations. He is a seasoned pro in the kitchen and was an amazing teacher. We have always loved Asian cuisine but never attempted it at home, but now, thanks to Chef Rocky, we can recreate these beautiful, delicious dishes. Plus, his venue is spacious and welcoming. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and informative culinary experience!
