Enjoy seasonal fare cooked with simple French techniques and local ingredients.
Join Chef Ben for this interactive cooking class where all ingredients are procured from local farms and purveyors to highlight regional and seasonal flavors, and all recipes will be prepared using simple French cooking techniques.
Begin by making a fresh market salad with sweet corn and tomatoes followed by an onion tart brimming with gruyere cheese. Next, you'll prepare chicken noodle soup made with local vegetables and chicken and freshly made pasta. To cap off your meal, you'll prepare a light Italian custard with local duck eggs and seasonal berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Ben is an executive chef and culinary instructor with more than a decade of high-level experience. Chef Ben began his culinary career in NYC as the sous chef at a Michelin-starred French restaurant, as the executive chef of a landmark Italian fine dining restaurant and as an instructor at a renowned cooking school. Chef Ben recently relocated to Dallas where many are awaiting the opening of his new restaurant.
