Hone your intuitive eating skills in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jenn. You'll learn to prepare three nourishing recipes using fresh and plant-focused ingredients.
Start by crafting vermicelli noodle spring rolls packed with kiwi, mango, tofu, vegetables and ginger. For the entrée, delight in a soul-warming ramen noodle bowl featuring dashi broth, mushrooms, kimchi and soy kale chips. Finish on a sweet, healthy note with a simple sorbet starring fresh lychee and mint, expertly guided by Chef Jenn.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
