Get ready to embark on a culinary journey to Chef Vivian's native country of Peru.
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vivian and Michi, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Peruvian menu centered around a classic beef tenderloin recipe.
Begin this class with huancaÃna — a classic Peruvian cheese sauce hailing from the Andes. Then, you'll learn how to prepare a refreshing shrimp ceviche with lime and spices. For the main course, you'll prepare Peru's most popular dish: Beef tenderloin stir-fried with spices, red onion and tomatoes. For dessert, you'll make alfajores with dulce de leche from scratch.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
