If your brunch selections could use a little extra magic, this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vanessa is perfect. She'll teach you culinary techniques for using seasonal ingredients to refresh your mid-morning gatherings!

Begin by preparing a gourmet strawberry and arugula panzanella salad and a frittata featuring seasonal vegetables and ricotta. For your entrГ©e, you'll roast chicken breast seasoned with lemon and capers and served with a roasted radicchio and farro side with shallot vinaigrette. For dessert, you'll whip up chamomile and vanilla budino with honey meringue and apricot compote.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After beginning her career as a pastry apprentice in NYC, Chef Vanessa went on to become a successful wedding cake designer. She also specializes in farm-to-table cuisine and zero-waste cooking, and currently runs her own business offering interactive culinary experiences.

I had a great time working with Chef Vanessa. She has a lot of experience teaching classes and she did a great job explaining the process and techniques throughout our time together. She puts an emphasis on making cooking easier and more intuitive and after working with her I definitely feel like I am more comfortable in the kitchen. Her food is super fun and she's so friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area!
