Begin with a mixed sprout salad topped with fresh herbs and cumin-spiced rice or peas pilaf. For your entrГ©e, choose either chana masala with chickpeas or dum aloo with baby potatoes. Then, discover how delicious plant-based desserts can be with an indulgent almond fudge made with chickpea flour and maple syrup.
