Chef Shinya will even share with you a list of the best carbon steel pans you can buy in terms of budget, quality and ease of use!

Chef Shinya will also teach you how to use your pan to prepare fried eggs and crispy hash browns as well as pan-fried green vegetables and a pan-seared steak with rosemary, butter and soy sauce.

We had a lovely evening cooking with Chef Shinya! Not only did we learn (and eat) some delicious recipes, he also taught us a lot of useful skills and history about cooking in general. He has a warm, kind personality and the hours just flew by because we enjoyed ourselves so much. Would cook with him again, for sure.
