What You’ll Do

A bounty of classic and satisfying traditional Roman dishes is destined for your dinner table.

This hands-on cooking class with Chef Nick celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Italy's northern region, including recipes native to Rome. Create an authentic meal that brings the best of these timeless traditions into your home kitchen.

You'll begin with an antipasto salad featuring green olive tapenade and fresh garlic bread. Then, you'll prepare fresh gnocchi from scratch served in butter sauce, and chicken all'arrabiatta with braised chicken thighs and fresh tomatoes. Finish things up with a truly Italian dessert of traditional zeppole topped with hot fudge.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Nick began his culinary career in fine dining and has worked in three different Michelin-starred restaurants, one of which earned a star when he was part of the kitchen team. He also has experience hosting private dining events and catering for A-list celebrities in Los Angeles. Chef Nick is currently an executive chef and culinary instructor well-versed in a variety of cuisines, including French, Italian and Thai.
