What You’ll Do

The enticing tastes and textures of classic Asian cuisine spring to life in this hands-on class.

Learn valuable techniques to help elevate the flavors of your favorite Asian recipes in this three-course cooking class with Chef Andrea. All it takes is a bit of imagination to bring this culinary magic to life!

Begin with wonton soup, prepared with pork or chicken seasoned with garlic, onion and bouillon. Then, cook up soy ginger salmon or chicken brightly flavored with fresh lemon, garlic and honey, and served with a side of jasmine fried rice. And for a novel dessert, create homemade fortune cookies served with fresh panna cotta.

For our son’s 16th Birthday we surprised him with a CozyMeal cooking class with Chef Andrea! For someone who truly enjoys cooking & learning, he had the absolute BEST time ever. Chef Andrea picked up on his joy and made this a fun learning experience guiding him through every part of our Asian themed 3-course dinner. In the end, not only was everything delicious AND there were left overs, but two weeks later, our son followed Chef Andrea’s steps to recreate the meal including the wonton soup! Thanks CozyMeal & Chef Andrea for a most memorable birthday for our son! We’ll definitely be booking another culinary evening… this time with our entire family and some friends!
