Embark on a culinary journey to Morocco with Chef Kelly in this interactive culinary experience.
In this hands-on class with Chef Kelly, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Moroccan menu using fresh ingredients, and both traditional and contemporary Moroccan recipes boasting bold flavor profiles.
Chef Kelly will begin by teaching you how to build a bright artichoke salad brought to life with fresh mint and lemon. Then, you will learn how to prepare Morocco's most traditional dish — a wonderfully fragrant chicken tagine complete with a heavily-spiced sauce, jammy apricots, and crunchy almonds. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with tahini ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kelly provided us with a wonderful Valentine's Day experience! She created a warm and cozy atmosphere as she taught us cooking techniques that are applicable to a variety of dishes. She explained every step of the process very clearly and made sure everyone in the group felt included and were learning the art of cooking. Chef Kelly made cooking a fun and easy activity and I would definitely recommend taking one of her classes if you're looking for a great experience. Her passion and love for cooking was very evident and contagious and we could not have asked for a better lesson for Valentine's weekend!!

This is an experience that words cannot say. It was absolutely amazing. Chef Kelly welcomed us into her home and was so friendly. We had the best time ever. We got right down to cooking. Afterwards we sat and talked. A awesome time. Thank you Chef Kelly!

Chef Kelly is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, private chef and chef instructor with more than 15 years of experience in the food and fitness industries. She has had a hand in launching a number of restaurants, owned her own food businesses after time with America's Test Kitchen, and has been featured in The Boston Globe. But she notes her greatest achievement is seeing how her recipes have become staples in her culinary students' lives and their family's lives.
