The four-course class begins with Chef Noah teaching you how to prepare pan-roasted zucchini browned to perfection and sided by tomatoes bursting with flavor. Then, discover how simple it really is to roast a whole chicken with crispy-on-the-outside, juicy-on-the-inside textures, and bake beets with grapeseed oil and salt as its side. For dessert, you'll whip up homemade butterscotch pudding with salted caramel and crema.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Keller was very friendly and personable. He carried a great conversation and shared a bit of his cooking history with me. The food was absolutely delicious. The dishes are very unique and creative; a work of art! The space was clean, sanitary, and organized. I would definitely work with Chef Keller again!

Chef Noah was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed all of our dishes that we cooked! We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed meeting his dog and wife!
