Join Chef Linda and learn the art of crafting beautiful appetizers and decadent desserts from scratch that are perfect for any gathering.

The four-course class begins with brie, pancetta, puff pastry and Dijon mustard that comes together for a savory croquet monsieur, followed by vegetable fronds with vegetable pâté and Pecorino Romano in puff pastry. Next, you'll craft crab tartlets with avocado, shallots, lemon and homemade tarragon mayonnaise, and bomboloni — delicately fried doughnuts filled with espresso pastry cream — for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating with a baking and pastry management degree and implementing her unique perspective on professional baking, Chef Linda worked for years as a pastry chef in a restaurant before starting her own successful confection company.

I was lucky to be included in a luncheon Linda hosted in her home. Because of the wonderful food and its beautiful presentation, I had Linda cater a Christmas party of heavy appetizers and fabulous desserts. She also prepared a selection of desserts and delivered them as a gift for us during the holiday season. She is multi-talented, but never miss an opportunity to try her desserts. I would give Linda 5 stars.
