In this hands-on class with Chef Melissa, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course menu featuring French and Italian favorites using high-quality ingredients to build unforgettable flavor profiles.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include an endive salad studded with crunchy hazelnuts, juicy pomegranate seeds, and pleasantly odorous roquefort cheese, perfectly cooked risotto strewn with fresh asparagus and asiago cheese, and a velvety smooth chocolate mousse with candied oranges for an elegant, flavorful dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I really enjoyed Chef Melissa's class especially because she taught me how to modify meals based on the dietary restrictions without compromising flavor and/or no need to make completely different meal because of it. I am slowly shifting focus to a vegetarian diet because I have been hearing many health benefits. Chef Melissa made it so easy to jump into these dishes so that I can start cooking at home. I highly recommend taking Chef Melissa's classes!

I recently enjoyed a lunch cooked by Chef Melissa and it was yummy, flavorful and healthy. After my well prepared meal of vegetable stew highlighting seasonal zucchini, farro arugula salad and fresh fruit chia pudding, I was happy and satisfied without feeling heavy. As a person she is engaging in a calm and friendly way and creative with food in ways that you will appreciate. My stomach and I look forward to another meal!
