If you love wholesome, hearty meals made from scratch, then this hands-on cooking class with Chef Deb is just for you. Over four courses, she will teach you how to make comforting, Southern-style favorites made fresh from the farm.

Start with appetizers of pimiento cheese croquettes with tomato and bacon relish, and a farro salad peppered with fresh produce. Then, learn how to make a chicken pot pie topped with homemade biscuit crust. For dessert, create cakes made with heirloom apples and topped with homemade caramel and ice cream.

Amazing experience. Words can’t describe how much fun we had cooking with Chef Deb. She was extremely warm and hospitable and knowledgeable not only about the food, but about the Mexican culture as well. 11/10 would recommend again, can’t wait to try some of her other classes!
