Over the last six years, Chef Diana has spent time in breakfast, French, and dinner restaurants, but has primarily focused on developing her skills as a pastry chef, and as a chocolatier. Recently, Chef Diana relocated to San Antonio to focus on work as a personal chef.

The entire night was fun and so relaxing. Diana was welcoming, the food was amazing and the cooking class was fun and informative. A million time better than going to a restaurant. Here we could talk, sip and wine and enjoy some laughs. Diana did not rush us but encouraged us to relax and enjoy!!! Highly recommend.

Diana was incredibly welcoming and such a great instructor. She was patient and encouraging. We left with left overs, great memories and now know how to cook a new meal!
