Go beyond the basics as Chef Meryl teaches the art of making hand-filled pasta.
Filled, or stuffed pasta is a simple but incredibly impressive meal. Bursting with meat, cheese or vegetables, these little pillows of deliciousness are near the top of everyone's list of favorite dishes.
Begin Chef Meryl's hands-on class by roasting rainbow carrots topped with pomegranate, mint, and a yogurt vinaigrette, then learn how to make butternut squash ravioli with brown butter and sage, and a rolled version of ravioli called casoncelli with smoked mozzarella cheese, caramelized onions and balsamic vinegar. For dessert, sink your fork into a luscious lemon olive oil cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meryl is a very talented chef. She is a whiz at pasta making. Her dishes were flavorful and very filling. I would suggest anyone take one of her classes.
