Learn how to concoct these zero proof libations along with three detox dishes.
In this hands-on class with Chef Carolina, you will learn how to prepare three zero proof drinks as well as a one-of-a-kind, light three-course menu using fresh, simple, and clean ingredients.
Chef Carolina will begin by teaching you how to mix up your zero proof drinks, including a zingy chia lemonade, a seasonal citrus cider punch, and an invigorating cranberry mocktail. Then, you will learn how to prepare an equally detoxifying lunch featuring recipes like a raw detox soup, loaded wrap with sunflower seed spread, and more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
