Few dishes offer as much room for experimentation as sausage. In this interactive class with Chef Tillo, you'll learn all about preparing, casing and cooking a wide variety of mouthwatering sausages entirely from scratch.

One of the most popular types of sausages you'll tackle is spicy chorizo, which features pork, paprika and other spices. You'll also try your hand at a Spanish potato omelette and organic chicken sausage encurtidos. For dessert, you'll get to savor a decadent arroz con leche, which is rice pudding garnished with cinnamon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Amazing experience! Far exceeded any dine in restaurant experience we have had as we got to share and have dinner with Chef Tillo. Chef Tillo was very hospitable and knowledgeable. He grows most of the vegetables used for the dinner in his own back yard! We truly got a farm to table experience. We will definitely be doing this again and inviting friends to share the experience with us.

Wonderful experience with Chef Tillo. From the moment we arrived we found a welcoming, friendly, comfortable feel to the whole evening. The food was outstanding and great fun to watch and learn how 4 tapas dishes (lamb skewers, special omelette, potatoes and yummy shrimp) came together. We had plenty of food with lots to take home as well. This was really a delight and we would highly recommend it to others!!

Extremely satisfied, and highly recommended! Though Chef Tillo is new to Cozymeal, he is no stranger to the kitchen. Chef Tillo is welcoming, friendly, and most importantly, passionate about his craft! From the moment my partner and I walked into his home, we were greeted with warmth and jokes, and we felt as though we were long-time friends. He did his best to make sure we were comfortable, and his home was hospitable. Tillo’s home was beautiful, but the real highlight was his backyard. He hand built all of the furniture, and even planters for his vegetables. We definitely felt that we received a farm to table experience. Lastly, but most importantly was the food. Chef Tillo walked us through a simple, beautifully arranged and mouth-watering 4 course meal. He walked us through a shrimp and lamb dish, allowing us to participate as much or as little as we wanted. Additionally, he prepared potatoes bravas, Spanish potato omelettes, and an AMAZING custard-like dessert. Chef Tillo made sure we understood all of the dishes, as well as their history, and my partner and I felt like we received a true culinary lesson. One point that I want to stress is that you will DEFINITELY have enough food. I am a highly active 225lb person, with a large appetite, and Chef Tillo provided more than enough food for my partner and myself (he even packed up the leftovers for us to take home) Overall, Chef Tillo is 5/5 in all aspects. I highly recommend trying out his services. I know I will be going back in the future!
