Cooking Class - Prep Ahead for a Healthy Meal

What You’ll Do

Chef Andy demonstrates prepping and cooking techniques to add more fresh produce into your meals.

This class with Chef Andy is dedicated to teaching you how to prepare simple, healthy meals. You will learn how to prepare ingredients so you can easily cook during the week, as well as different cooking techniques and knife skills.

Begin the class by preparing Vietnamese spring rolls, a combination of cucumbers, shredded carrots and scallions rolled in lettuce leaves and served with sweet chili dipping sauce. Next, learn how to make a quick and healthy stir fry with chicken and vegetables, then end the class with fresh mixed fruit and honey.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class was unbelievably fun! It was the perfect combination of hands on experience and time getting to just enjoy the great food! Chef Andy and Chef CoCo were super kind and funny. It can be nerve wracking going into an experience with new folks but it was so welcoming and fun! Would highly recommend!!!
