Fun, easygoing class. We learned a lot and feel a lot more confident about making sushi at home. Chef Matthew was friendly, full of info, and provided us the recipes to the other things we made.

Chef Matthew is delightful and quite knowledgeable when it comes to making sushi. He is very clear with his instruction, making it easy to understand the process. The sushi itself was fresh and delicious. The cloud cake was heavenly. I definitely recommend Chef Matthew if you enjoy sushi.
