In this hands-on class with Chef Mori, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Japanese menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Japanese culinary techniques.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a slurp-worthy miso soup built on homemade dashi broth, fresh spring rolls filled with the most flavorful shades of green, a classic California roll, and an unbelievably fluffy rice cooker cake with sake, white chocolate, and matcha green tea icing for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mori is incredibly passionate about sharing her Japanese heritage as well as her culinary skills and wisdom with others. Now, Chef Mori owns a business teaching interactive Japanese cooking classes and also has a Japanese cookbook in the works.

Chef Mori's class was very fun. The sushi and pot stickers were very good. Also learned how to properly use chopstix and somethings I never knew before.
