What You’ll Do

Discover the proper way to wield a knife while making simple, beautiful dishes.

A knife is a chef's best friend, but not everyone knows the proper way to use one. In this fun, interactive class, you'll learn the proper way to hold, care for and store a knife, as well as a handful of useful knife techniques. You'll then get to put your skills to the test by preparing a handful of delicious dishes.

You'll begin the meal by chopping the ingredients for a mixed green salad with orange vinaigrette, then use your newfound skills to make beef osso bucco, a vegetable risotto and a flourless chocolate sponge cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I had a great time with Chef Honor. She is really fun. The class was really laid back and we had a lot of laughs. Her home kitchen is a great venue and is well suited for this type of class. Great Experience!
