Take a trip through the vibrant culinary scene of New Orleans with this mouthwatering experience. Under the guidance of Chef Lynne, you'll learn how to balance spices, source fresh ingredients and prepare stunning dishes.
Throughout the class, you can look forward to creating a variety of New Orleans icons. You'll try your hand at BBQ shrimp and Creole creamed kale. The star of the show, of course, is the andouille-crusted catfish drizzled in a lemon-butter sauce. For dessert, dig into boozy bananas Foster.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I gave this Surf and Turf cooking class with Chef Lynne to my parents as a Christmas present. They just went this past weekend and haven’t stopped talking about it since! They raved about Lynne and how fun this experience was. They said it was great food and a great atmosphere! This is a wonderful present for anyone and now even something I want to do myself!

Chef Lynne is an amazing chef and hostess! My husband and I had a wonderful time. Her food was delicious and she made us very comfortable. We learned a lot and will definitely be cooking those recipes again.
Meet your chef
Chef Lynne is a seasoned performer on the stage and in the kitchen. An experienced Broadway actress, she graduated with honors from the French Culinary Institute and worked directly with Chef Jean-George at his flagship restaurant in NYC. Chef Lynne spent 17 years working with celebrity chefs at the Food Network, and was part of the Emmy award-winning team for Paula Deen’s shows.
