WHAT YOU’LL DO
The bistros of Paris are famous for delicious meals made using simple, fresh and local ingredients.
Chef Edgar will show you how to produce this simple but elegant bistro meal at home using high-quality ingredients and traditional French cooking methods.
Start with hummus and olives on herbed pita bread, then learn how to layer a salad of winter greens tossed with blue cheese, Gorgonzola, dried cranberries and pepitas. For your main dish, you'll marinate then sear tuna and serve it on a bed of cilantro couscous and roasted squash. For dessert, enjoy grilled brioche with sugared berries for a real treat.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
