Let Chef Jessica introduce you to New Orleans' famous hospitality and home cooking.

Chef Jessica grew up in New Orleans where food is part of family tradition and hospitality is an important part of life. These dishes have been passed down through her family for generations, and now she will teach them to you. Come learn how to make these beloved Cajun classics.

First, learn how to make traditional oyster patties in puff pastry, followed by shrimp stuffed squash, a local favorite. Next comes shrimp and grits with a barbeque twist, and the show-stopping finale is doberge cake, a New Orleans favorite.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

One of her culinary passions revolves around cheese and making her own hand-crafted vegan version. Chef Jessica continues to push her culinary boundaries and is currently studying nutrition to be able to offer even more healthy options in her cuisine.
