Join Chef Sharon and discover how and why breast cancer awareness begins in the kitchen.
In this hands-on class with Chef Sharon, you will learn how to prepare a naturally pink four-course menu using a bounty of fresh and local ingredients known for their cancer-fighting properties.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this breast cancer awareness cooking class include a refreshing tomato gazpacho with shrimp and cilantro, roasted radishes with avocado and chimichurri, a salmon entrée swimming with flavor, as well as a delicately flavored rose water cake with fresh berries for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
