Chef Nadina demonstrates the ease and versatility of cooking with healthy, delicious fruit.

Fruit is a versatile ingredient that can take any meal from ho-hum to wow! Whether dried or fresh, fruit adds flavor, texture and pizzazz to your cooking, and it's good for you, too.

Begin by making a tangy arugula salad with walnuts, cranberries and feta cheese tossed with a light vinegar dressing. Move on to a lean chicken breast smothered with a rich sauce of raspberries, mushrooms, shallots and garlic. For dessert, whip up a decadent chocolate angel food cake so good it feels downright sinful.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
