Chef Nadina will show you how to recreate the dishes that made New Orleans famous.

Every city has its local food legends — those dishes that when you hear their names, you imagine yourself there — and New Orleans is no exception.

This class features some of those famous dishes, beginning with crispy fried green tomatoes served on top of cheesy grits with a tangy remoulade sauce. Seafood is a popular entrГ©e in this port town, and phyllo cups filled with shrimp and crab fit the bill. Top it off by making a New Orleans original from scratch: flaming bananas foster over vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dina was a joy to be around and learn from. Start to finish the class was fun and interactive. Chef Dina is personable and a great teacher. Her love for cooking is evident in her teaching! Would recommend to anyone wanting to try something new!
