What You’ll Do

Boost your charcuterie game with fun and interactive culinary session for the whole group.

Gather your team members and join this team building activity that features the fun and versatility of the charcuterie board. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll learn how to master slicing, prepping and presentation skills.

Divide into teams and work together to create the best board. You'll learn how to choose meats, cheeses, jams, pickles and other ingredients to prepare a colorful display. Master the art of cured meat roses and practice slicing soft and hard cheeses such as Brie, Gouda and Manchego.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Vivian & Michi were fantastic! The atmosphere was warm & inviting. Everything was prepped & waiting for our arrival. Their directions were clear and easy to follow. Our group had people of different cooking skills but we all came away having learned something new. Best of all, the food was delicious! We would definitely take another class with them.

**A Truly Exceptional Cooking Experience - 10/10!** I had the pleasure of attending this cooking class, and I can confidently say it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. First, the instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They not only guided us step-by-step through each recipe but also shared valuable tips and tricks that I can apply in my own kitchen. The hands-on approach made the experience engaging, and I truly felt like I was learning something worthwhile. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun — a great balance between educational and social. Chef Vivi and Michi opened up there home to us and at first we were skeptical about going into a private home for the cooking class but every was spotless and well-equipped, the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. We arrived 15mins late due to traffic but the chefs were so understanding and we still had plenty of time for us to ask questions and get individual attention, which really made the experience feel personalized. The best part? The food we made was *delicious*! We walked away with not just new skills, but a new level of confidence in the kitchen. We also left with the recipes and I’m excited to try again at home. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class is worth every penny. I can’t recommend it highly enough. When I tell you. I can't wait to go with them again. Me and my wife went to Chef Vivian and Chef Chef Michi's cooking class and we had a great time, and food was great. Great conversation, great experience. I really look forward to doing it again.
