Learn how to cook an iconic surf and turf menu using fresh ingredients with Chef Elliott.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Elliott, you'll explore how to blend dishes from both the water and the land to stunning effect. Look forward to learning how ingredients from diverse origins can come together to both complement and enhance each other's flavors.

You'll start by preparing a fresh salad topped with walnuts and cranberry raisins. The highlight of the meal is the pairing of delicately seared ribeye steak with a mouthwatering blackened salmon, which are served with whipped potatoes. For dessert, layer a light and spongy trifle.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Elliott was amazing and such a joy to cook with! Don't know how I was so fortunate to have him teach me! I will channel my inner “Sha Na Na” always!! I love to cool and Elliot brought me to a new level! Im so grateful to Elliott and for this experience!!! (We gave Elliott a tip in person)

Chef Elliot was simply amazing. Hands down the most delicious meal I've ever had in my life, combined with an extraordinary personality, equaled one fantastic evening. And I look forward to learning from him again when I can.
