Whether you grew up in the South or not, this interactive cooking class with Chef Elliott will teach you the skills and knowledge necessary to master this comforting cuisine. Using fresh ingredients and age-old techniques, you'll learn how to make the most of this iconic American fare.

Your down-home meal features corn fritters as your starter, and a succulent Cornish hen prepared with herbs, roasted in the oven and paired with cornbread dressing and braised kale. For dessert, you'll whip up a truly Southern staple: Homemade banana pudding, just like grandma used to make it.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Elliot was simply amazing. Hands down the most delicious meal I've ever had in my life, combined with an extraordinary personality, equaled one fantastic evening. And I look forward to learning from him again when I can.

Chef Elliott was a joy to spend time with. I really enjoyed his true southern comfort food and walked away feeling like anyone could create a satisfying meal with just a few ingredients!

Chef Elliott was amazing and such a joy to cook with! Don't know how I was so fortunate to have him teach me! I will channel my inner “Sha Na Na” always!! I love to cool and Elliot brought me to a new level! Im so grateful to Elliott and for this experience!!! (We gave Elliott a tip in person)
