In this hands-on class with Chef Thomas, you will learn how to prepare a light and bright four-course Italian menu that showcases the beauty and the bounty of fresh, in-season ingredients.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class with Chef Thomas include grilled shrimp scampi swimming in a lemon-infused garlic butter sauce, crunchy yet fluffy arancini stuffed with prosciutto and Parmesan cheese, garlicky rapini toasted until crispy and brought to life with a squeeze of fresh lemon, and unmanageably juicy grilled peaches for dessert.

Chef Thom was so warm and personable! He is a wonderful cook and made the recipes accessible for an average joe to replicate. His veal Marsala was delicious, tender and perfectly seasoned. He also knew my boyfriend was really interested in cooking so he gave him a ton of tips. On top of good food and cooking knowledge, chef Tom was such a pleasure to get to know. Fantastic company!

We enjoyed the whole experience. Chef Thomas let us participate in all aspects - preparation, tasting, cooking, (best part) eating. We are definitely going to do this again.
